Skin care products review

In this post I wanted to do a quick review on my current skin care products which I bought recently & was testing out as well.
VLCC SANDAL CLEANSING MILK

Its a sandal milk cleaner. I have heard about oil cleaner before but never about milk cleaners. so I found it quite interesting & also because of the very well know benefit properties of milk and sandal wood. I though to give it a go :).
This products is  VLCC sandal cleansing milk which is for normal to dry which deep cleanses and soothes skin which & great for removing make-up. MRP 135 for 100 ml.

To be very honest I really like this cleaner so far.It 90% removes make-up & dirt very gently. It also moistures the skin.I normally do not use any moisture after I use it.Because I have combination skin type so it might get oily.It also has a very pleasant smell and small amount with a little bit of water does the job very well. And I feel it slightly also heals your skin as well.So its a great stuff .so if you are looking for a budget cleaner and also after make-up defence go for it :) its great.!!

Next up is this cocoa butter moisturising & nourishing cream.I really cannot describe how good it smells and I always have to sniff it ;)
BIO CARE COCOA BUTTER CREAM

This product is a bio care natural cocoa butter, vitamin E,aloe vera moisturising & nourishing cream for all skin types.
Well its a all over (body&face) moisturiser. This is the best moisturiser I have used so far at such a cheap prize no lies. It is extremely moisturising & it leaves your skin feeling soft with a glow and also spreads evenly very well.

But  it can be a bit to oily and greases on the face for those who have oily skin even if it claim to be for all skin types. And the best part is its quantity like literally 180 MRP  for 500ml. which means it can last you for so... so... long time. I will highly recommended this moisturising cream for those who have dry to normal skin types. Its amazing:):)

Cookie ice-cream (without ice-cream maker)

Ice-cream!ice-cream!ice-cream!!...Well summer is right around the corner & we all have almost melted  down like a snow man >_<
So mean while what can be better then a chilled yummylicious  ice-cream I know it can be heavenly.
But wait until you see how easy it can be to make such a super delicious ice-cream without even using an ice - cream maker.
From my previous blog post of egg less cookies I thought to do something new with my ice-cream by adding those cookies in .And it turned out absolutely to die for.

Ingredients:-

3\4 cup whipping cream
1\3 cup milk
1\4 cup milk powder
1\2 tsp vanilla extract
1\4 tsp almond extract(optional)

Method:-

  1. First combine your milk and milk powder together making sure the milk powder gets completely dissolve in to the milk .
  2. secondly, break down your cookies in to smaller pieces .You can check out the recipe for eggless cookies from my previous blog or you can use store bought cookies of your choice.
  3. Then whip your cream along with the extracts & the milk mixer .( I  have not used  sugar in this recipe because mine whipping cream already contains sugar in it).
  4. after your cream is completely whipped refrigerate it for an hour and whip again.
  5. lastly fold in your cookie pieces and transfer it in a container. And  refrigerate for at least  4-5 hours.
  6. yum yum you are done!!! :):):) Enjoy !!!!

Egg less chocolate chips & nutty cookies

Baking is such an therapeutic thing for me.And one of my favourite things to bake are cookies.
They are just so simple to make & I never go wrong with them and they some how turns out just the way I want them to be every single time.Ether they are with or without egg.
so,Today I would  like to share my basic go to egg less cookie dough recipe which you can change in to any kind of cookies that you like.
I have made white&dark chocolate chip cookies,&fruit, nut cookies.

You will need :-

 1/3 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1/2 milk powder
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp egg replacer powder(optional)
white& dark chocolate chips, tutti fruits, raisins, cashews, almonds.( as per your choices).

Method:-

1.First things first, I like to add in some flour in my chocolate chips, nut, tutti fruits to make them evenly disturb through the cookies.

2.Secondly to get started ,In a large mixing bowl add in your butter, both kinds of sugar, milk powder, milk & vanilla and mix them till nice well combine.

3.Then add in your flour followed by your baking soda&egg replacer powder and mix again until it forms into a dough.

4.lastly add in the chocolate chips & tutti fruits, nuts basically any thing you like. And fold in with your hands.I have made two types of cookie doughs one with white &dark chocolate chips and the other one with tutti fruit, raisins &nuts.

5.Pre-heat your oven at 190*c and grease your baking dish with oil or you can use baking paper. Then place your cookies on the baking dish (I have used small ice-cream scope to get even size cookies). You can press them down a bit for a flat shaped cookies because they do not spread while baking.

6.Bake for 15-18 mins as per your preference of how much soft or hard you want them to be.After they are done baking let them cool on the baking dish for 10 mins then transfer them on a dish letting them cool down completely.

Vaala done!!! cookies are ready to be enjoyed .
